The ZOTAC Gaming GeForce RTX 2070 Blower shows considerable power savings over just about every GPU we have tested so far. But my teen researched and found some good comments elsewhere, and the Zotac PC had all the specs he wanted without the huge premium I’d pay to get the same specs in a big name PC.
I don't think price/quality was worth it. The DVI port provides for legacy monitor connectivity without using adapters; we have not had a monitor that uses DVI ports for years here in the lab, 4K display users will want to use DisplayPort.
EDIT: Ok, I've found that the flickering on and off happens on every port (both of the top row display ports and also the HDMI port).
I play tons of games so you will get decent frames on this card from my experience although I found it a bit expensive.
