Our company contracts this hotel due to proximity of the office. The concierge room available to gold and platinum guests was small but offered a nice breakfast offering with cereal, fruit, and a different hot item each day. The little things, when they accumulate, become a big thing.

Beds were comfortable and the bathroom was perfectly adequate for our needs.
We had a room with two queen beds. Too many people for the available space.
Night staff Tiffany was really helpful and got me what I needed! We truly are working diligently to improve our hotel and once complete we feel it will have addressed our guests feedback. Still the old layout like most of the Sheraton in North America.
The evening snack was limited but fine. We have a 6:00 AM flight and we need a hotel near the Airport. Our facility is the second largest freestanding convention hotel in Nashville with 32,000 square feet of centralized and elegant meeting space. The molding still has yet to be finished, so it gives the hallways a very "unfinished" and sloppy look. Then you get there, it was filthy. Breakfast is the same exact thing every morning, but it sufficed. (King with no connecting door) The internet was so slow (less than 1 mbps per speedtest.net) that it took forever for web-pages to download. They're missing all the details that make a good hotel stay... great.
