The Japanese SACD''s sound fabulous (I had missed the APO releases so had to buy these incredibly expensive versions ) but since they are Shm (super high material) discs there was no way to make them hybrids so the Japanese versions have to be played on a SACD player or a DVD, Blu Ray player that supports the format.
