Now, I fully understand this happened outside of his work but if you're going to mix with guests, don't take your place of works name to the mud with you. We had asked reception to book us a taxi for a certain time and they advised that as we were in the bar we should just ask the bar staff to request one when needed, however when it came to the time the bar staff said we needed to ask reception!Breakfast on our first morning was let down by lack of attention from the staff. Although the hotel is upto high standard, I really think they need to improve on their customer service and consider who they employ!
