Set in a stunning 1880’s building, the historic hotel has been beautifully restored to provide a truly glamorous and elegant venue for an unforgettable celebration. Staff not very friendly and didn't make the wedding party feel very special , bit clumsy with all waiting about in little room waiting for wedding room to be prepared. The rooms offer comfortable beds and if you book a city view room as I did, a balcony to look out over Liverpool. A Hard Day is extremely entertaining as it starts out darkly humorous then becomes a suspenseful, unpredictable mystery. Staff at the night reception wasn’t professional at all , they were rude to few guests aswell , cake was served on one plate per table , so the guest couldn’t even eat it coz there was no forks or dessert Plates provided .Apart from that everything else was great .More. Can’t recommend this hotel enough and if my wife and I return to Liverpool we will not even consider staying in another hotel, I know I singled out 2 staff members who went above and beyond however every member of the team we encountered were professional and friendly.
