I am sorry about the current situation but its an awful lot of money to me for which I received nothing but stress, Very disappointed booked a suite for 3 nights it says on their website balcony well there is definitely no balcony The room was cold it had two electric Mobile heaters in it because the central heating wasn’t working you could not see out of the windows because they were covered in damp the bathroom was damp could not open any windows was not told when we checked in there was a problem with the room not even emailed us to say there was a problem before we come we did not bother saying anything because we did not want all our time spent trying to sort the room because we only come for three days so we thought we make the most of it and send a letter of complaint when we got back but when we checked out we were asked and we said we didn’t want to discuss it they then charged us, for parking which says it’s free on their website he reimbursed us for the parking And he said it’s not free as you can see in my pictures what it said on the website and he still disagree with me we sent an email and ask for a full refund we been offered a one night say we clearly didn’t get what the website says luxurious spacious Suite and what we paid for that’s meant to be luxury. The location was very good for this as it is 30 mins walk to Twickenham.
