I have called two different All Star resorts and have been told I can just get a roll away bed for my 5th person for $16 a night. Still awesome time.
That’s the common limit for hotels with two beds, though a few chains allow bookings of five people. About to go on a trip with 4 other people (5 total), we've decided to all stay in one hotel room (in NYC) to keep the cost down.

I've had 8 to 10 people stay in a room booked for 1 person before. Just call the reservations desk for the hotels in question and ask.
