A compact venue with friendly service and a half dozen tasty ciders. We were visiting Dallas and decided to walk through the Bishop district area. The best I have had and I have tried many from around the country. Too often are classic hard apple ciders heavy in sugar.

Depending on the position, a typical day is pretty laid back but you're still expected to complete your required tasks to the best of your ability. I had been to Bishop Cider's Cidercade (if you haven't been, go now), but I'd never been to their original tasting room in Bishop Arts. Their cider is great if you are a cider person. Ask namasteladeana about Bishop Cider Co. If you like something sweet, try the "Cream Soder", Sweet and smooth with vanilla and candy characteristics. Really cute little spot.
